X-Clearing Corporation Installs Web-based Transfer Agent System from Integrated Software Solutions, Inc.

PA - February 20, 2006
— Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. (ISS), a financial software and technology company specializing in securities accounting solutions today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide software and services to X-Clearing Corporation.
X-Clearing Corporation, based in Denver, Colorado, is an SEC registered transfer agent providing transfer and record keeping services including dividend processing and stock purchase plan services. X-Clearing will be using Corporate Universe Web? for transfer services as well as First Access? to provide online services to customers and shareholders.
