Integrated Software announces multi-year agreement with California based Transfer Agent Stalt, Inc.
MALVERN
PA - January 5, 2007
— Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. (IS), a financial software and technology company specializing in shareholder recordkeeping solutions today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement to provide software and services to Stalt, Inc of Meno Park, CA.
Stalt, Inc. is a full service transfer agency providing stock transfer agent and registrar services including annual meeting, stock plan and mailing services.
