MALVERN PA - November 15, 2005 — Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. (ISS), a financial software and technology company specializing in debt and equity recordkeeping today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement to provide software and services to Ephrata National Bank.

Ephrata National Corporation is a community bank located in central Pennsylvania. Ephrata will use ISS’ Corporate Universe software to support its municipal bond financing business.
