MALVERN PA - July 23, 2006 — Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. (ISS), a financial software and technology company specializing in shareholder and bondholder solutions today announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement to provide software and services to Metropolitan National Bank.

Metropolitan National Bank is Central Arkansas'  largest independently-owned bank. With assets of more than $1.4 billion, it employs approximately 500 persons. The bank has 40 branches and 59 ATMs in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Conway, Jacksonville, Maumelle, Fayetteville and Rogers. American National will use ISS’ Corporate Universe software to support its municipal and corporate bond business.

According to J. Michael Glynn, president of ISS, "Corporate Universe provides the functionality and efficiencies banks’ need for today and tomorrow. The business is competitive and changing. Metropolitan National Bank needed a system that has inherent flexibility so they can stay competitive without sacrificing the level of service to which their customers have grown accustomed."
